PerTrac’s Client Services team provides supplemental consulting resources to ensure that our clients are using our software to its full potential and making the most of their limited time.
The Client Services team includes financial services specialists with proven skills in implementing the full range of PerTrac products, an in-depth knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the many challenges our clients face every day. Many of our consultants are CAIA charter holders or are candidates in the CAIA and CFA programs — and all have passed certification exams on our major products.

Data Migration
Populating a new system with critical data can be challenging, particularly if the data comes from multiple sources and in multiple formats. Workflow Analysis and Systems Integration or Customization
Often clients want to tailor their implementation to track more closely to their firm’s terminology or workflow. Our consultants can analyze your workflow and recommend enhancements or configurations that will ensure you get the maximum benefit from the PerTrac products you use.
