Jim Banks joined PerTrac Financial Solutions in May 2008 as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, Global Head of Product Management and Development. Jim oversees all software development, product management, data operations, and IT infrastructure for the company.

Jim has over 22 years of experience in software development and technology management, including recently serving as Vice President of Product Development at SAP. He has also held several development and management positions at Jack Henry & Associates, a major supplier of software and services to the banking industry. Near the end of his tenure at Jack Henry, he was responsible for all new technology-based product development, from concept through to business plan, development, rollout, and integration into the core business. Through the course of his career, Banks has contributed directly to numerous applications and enterprise solutions that are used today by millions. He holds a B.A. from Colorado State University in Computer Information Systems.
