Brendan Dolan, Co-President

Brendan Dolan joined PerTrac as CFO in December 2005 and was named Co-President of the company in September 2010.   Prior to joining PerTrac, Brendan served as CFO for Capital IQ, a subscription-based, software and content provider in New York City.  At Capital IQ, Brendan helped grow the business from a pre-revenue stage to its September 2004 sale to Standard & Poor’s for more than $220 million.  Before joining Capital IQ, Brendan served as the Vice President of Financial Accounting for Cantor Fitzgerald where he managed a team of 20 professionals and helped to launch the IPO of eSpeed.  Brendan started his career at New York Life Insurance Company, where he worked for ten years, rising from staff accountant to Assistant Vice President within the corporate accounting group.  Brendan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting from Iona College.

Jeff Hendren, Co-President

Jeff Hendren joined PerTrac in October 2007 as Global Head of Sales and was named Co-President of the company in September 2010.  Jeff was previously Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at InfoNgen , a discovery engine for business, finance and information professionals.  Prior to InfoNgen, Jeff served as Vice President of North American Sales at Multex, an investment information and technology solutions company; the company was sold to Reuters in 2003 for $190 million where Jeff was subsequently appointed Vice President of Sales and Account Management.  Jeff began his career with Newell-Rubbermaid.  He holds a BS in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio.

Tate Haymond, Americas Sales

Tate Haymond joined PerTrac in 2001 and heads  Americas sales. Tate is responsible for all sales and account management activities in the Western Hemisphere.  Tate began his career at PerTrac writing code utilized in the platform before transitioning into sales.  Prior to PerTrac, Tate was a Principal at interbank currency hedge fund Coral Rock Investments and a Vice-President of Fund of Funds at Sakura-Dellsher.  This followed seven years of computer modeling and simulation in the defense industry at Sparta, Inc.  Tate has a BS in Textile Science from Clemson University and an MS in Operations Research from Georgia Tech.

Rado Lipuš, Europe / Africa Sales

Rado Lipuš currently leads  European and African sales for PerTrac.  Rado joined the company in 2006 as a Senior Sales Consultant and was also Director of EMEA Sales prior to assuming his current role.  Before joining PerTrac, Rado was Director of UK sales for FinLab, a provider of fund analysis and asset allocation software, and a Risk Consultant for Barra International, a provider of multi-factor risk management solutions. Rado is a CFA charter holder since 2003 and holds a MBA from Karl-Franzens University in Austria.

Bryce Bland, Global Support

Bryce Bland joined PerTrac in 2004 and currently manages global training & support.  He began his career at PerTrac as a Senior Client Services Trainer before moving into his current role in 2007. Bryce worked in the financial services and financial management industry for ten years prior to PerTrac while serving as a research analyst at both Bidart & Ross and Navellier & Associates.  At Navellier, he developed and executed trade models for multiple Navellier aggressive strategies. Bryce earned his BS in Finance at the University of Nevada and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Richard Hegan, Global Services

Richard Hegan runs global professional services at PerTrac and oversees consulting projects for PerTrac clients. Richard joined PerTrac as part of its acquisition of the London-based Whittaker and Garnier in January 2006. Richard has worked at the intersection of technology and finance for 20 years with experience as a business analyst, developer and consultant. Prior to working at PerTrac, Richard held positions with the UK’s Investment Management Regulatory Organisation, as well as Abbey National Treasury Services. He joined Whittaker Garnier in March 2000 and moved to the US five years later to assist in opening the company’s US office.

Lisa Corvese, Global Business Strategy

Lisa Corvese joined PerTrac in March 2011 and leads global business strategy for the company.  Most recently Lisa served as Head of Global Client Relationship Management for GlobeOp Financial Services, a leading, independent financial technology specialist providing middle back office and fund administration services including risk reporting.  Lisa previously served as a Strategic Advisor to InfoExchange, a financial technology firm and spent six years at Standard & Poor’s, first as Managing Director of Standard & Poor’s Investment Services Data Operations and Strategy group and then as Managing Director of Global Client Service and Sales. Lisa has built profitable businesses in electronic brokerage, wealth management, and financial services and was involved in the following ventures: Reality Technologies sold to Reuters in 1994; GivingCapital, sold to Kintera in 2002; and Restricted Stock Systems, sold to Computershare in 2007.

Jed Alpert, Global Marketing

Jed Alpert joined PerTrac and manages  global marketing for PerTrac.  Jed brings almost 20 years of international B2B marketing experience to the company.  Most recently, Jed was Vice President of Marketing at ContextWeb, an online advertising exchange.  Jed also led marketing at WebCollage, a SaaS solution for online marketing and served as an Assistant Director of Marketing at Wolters Kluwer.  Jed began his career in consulting with the Washington, D.C.-based Advisory Board Company.  He holds a BA from Emory University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Francine English, Partner Relationship Management

Francine English joined PerTrac in February 2006 as a Senior Sales Executive and was leads partner relations. Francine has over 23 years of sales and product marketing experience.  She has previously worked at Telerate as an international product manager, at Bloomberg as the sales manager for Canada, at NewsEdge as a senior sales executive and at Whittaker Garnier as vice president of sales. She holds a BA in Accounting from Western New England College and an International Marketing MBA from University of Hartford in Paris, France.

John Pettit, CTO

John Pettit joined PerTrac in 1998, and was one of the original developers behind PerTrac Analytics.  John oversees technology, strategic product direction, software development and quality assurance.  Prior to PerTrac, John worked at Geocities optimizing large scale databases for performance and at the ISP, Internet in a Mall, where he managed retail operations and product development.  John is a Certified Financial Risk Manager and holds a B.S in Information Technology and an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix.

Randy Jones, Analytics Product Manager

Randy Jones oversees the PerTrac Analytics line of business. He joined PerTrac as Director of Training in May 2000, and served as the Director of Global Training & Support before moving into his current role in 2007. Randy is responsible for market research, tactical and strategic planning for the PerTrac analytic applications. Prior to joining PerTrac he served as Vice President / Senior Consultant with investment consulting firm Bidart & Ross, Inc.

Paul Bonessi, Portfolio Product Manager

Paul Bonessi joined PerTrac in 2009 and oversees the PerTrac Portfolio line of business and its go-to-market strategy.  Immediately before joining PerTrac, Paul was Vice President of Information Technology at Ivy Asset Management where he led design and implementation of an integrated, Portfolio Management, CRM, Analytics and Accounting platform.   Previously, he was Director of Operations at Telerate, where he led the implementation of a next-gen, global, market data, ticker plant.   Prior to this, he was CFO and Director of Business Development for Hudson Technology Group, a start-up, financial IT consultancy which was sold to Incepta Group PLC.  Paul has also held various roles in Merger Management, IT Product design and Capital Markets Debt Origination with JPMorganChase and its predecessor banks, Chase and Chemical.  Paul holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Jim Silkwood, Finance

Jim Silkwood joined PerTrac in 2006 and leads the finance group. Jim possesses significant experience at the vice president-level in accounting, finance and M&A at several, large publicly held companies including Cendant Corporation, Brunswick Corporation and Sequa Corporation. Prior to joining PerTrac, Jim  was with Cendant where he worked in Merger & Acquisitions with an emphasis on the integration of acquisitions into Cendant including Budget Rental Car ($1.3 billion in revenues) into Avis, NRT ($4.0 billion in revenues) and Fairfield Resorts ($700 million in revenues) into Cendant.  Jim was also CFO for Alloyd Co. which was a $90 million revenue company that manufactured thermoformed plastic packaging and a public accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co.  Jim holds a BA degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant
